Digital Project- Mixing hard and soft light.

The first key light was the honey comb grid light which only lights up part of the models face as the photograph shows.

The second key light used was a soft box which softens the models face so there are no harsh edges/shadows and adds more light to the image.

This photograph of the model is lit up using the honey comb grid in front of the soft box so this image is a mixture of hard and soft light.

For this image a background light was added so the model can be separated from the background so he stands out in the image.

On this image a hair light was added so then the model stands out even more but the hair light makes the hair stand out more which also adds detail within the image.

The final image was made using the honey comb grid with a soft box, a background light as well as a hair light.
