As a photographer I spend a lot of time outside and I mostly take Landscape shots which include Nature, reflections and Sunset shots. I also take Portrait shots such as shots where I have a model covering their face which is something I focused on for a project in college and I have also taken after-dark portraits in woodland area which was another project I did in college, I also did a small section of street photography which was a work shop arranged by the tutors.
Street photography

Whilst in attending college, the tutors arranged a work shop on street photography and photographic tips to be done by Damien Demolder.
He then took the group into town and let the group practise street photography, I then took these photographs, the man on the right was talking to a college friend and I saw how focused he was when talking to her so I took this photo which shows one hand raised as he was intently telling her a past story of his.
Reflection Project

I did a reflection project as I did it for a college project however I wanted to do it as I thought it looked good and i thought it was an alternate way to looking at photography as you usually see the subject of the frame once but with reflections you see it twice in the same image but one of the subjects will be seen the opposite way as shown in the photographs but it can be seen better with a road sign being reflected from a puddle and also the photograph that has a car pulling from a junction as the car can be seen reflected from the puddle that shows it as upside down.
Masked portraiture series.

I took photographs like this as I was doing a horror project in college and wanted to "mask" my model but in ways that it hides everything about him including his eyes which gave him the "dark and mysterious" character within my project.
Sunset photographs

I took these photographs earlier in the year and I liked the sunset colours and thought that by putting someone within the frame it would make a great silhouette and the background would stand out due to the different colours that were produced.
Nature in black and white.

I took close ups because I thought that by isolating them I'd get a better image rather than having them clustered and mixed in with the over grown crops around them. I also decided to edit these photos into black and white as they stand out better in black and white than they did in colour.
Nature Landscapes

I took these nature landscapes because I thought that they stand out from other landscapes as both photographs show that parts of the scene are over grown and that shows nature taking over.
